  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.

3. Pricing & Product Information

  • All prices are listed in BDT.

  • Prices may change at any time without notice.

  • Product images are for representation purposes only. Slight variations in color may occur due to lighting or screen differences.

4. Delivery Policy

  • Delivery timelines depend on location and courier service.

  • Customers must provide accurate name, address, and contact number.

  • GetShiver is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect customer information.

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy (Important)

Please read carefully before placing an order.

  • Customers must check the product in front of the delivery personnel at the time of delivery.

  • If there is any issue (damaged item, wrong product, defect), it must be reported immediately while the delivery person is present.

  • Once the delivery person leaves the location, no return, exchange, or complaint will be accepted under any circumstances.

  • Accepting the parcel and allowing the courier to leave confirms that the customer has received the product in satisfactory condition.

⚠️ No exceptions will be made after delivery completion.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds (if applicable) will only be processed after proper verification.

  • Advance delivery charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from GetShiver.

  • Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, designs, product images, graphics, and text are the property of GetShiver and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

GetShiver shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
