we do allow exchanges under the following strict conditions:
🔁 Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are only possible if the product is inspected in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery.
‣ If any issue is found (e.g., manufacturing damage, misprint, or wrong item), it must be reported immediately to the delivery person.
‣ Once the delivery person leaves, no complaints or exchanges will be accepted.
If an exchange is approved, it will be processed only against available dead stock (unsold inventory).
Customers must bear the delivery charge for the exchange process.
📸 To Initiate an Exchange
Report the issue immediately at the time of delivery.
Share clear photo/video proof of the defect while unboxing, in front of the delivery person.
